Cash for College: This event is held yearly to help students and families obtain information on financing their child’s college education. Counselors are available to walk you through the FAFSA. Save the Date for February 2, 2019 8am-12pm.

T.H.I.N.K Together: Think together is an afterschool program that operates here at BHS offering students academic support, enrichment, and healthy living. FREE tutoring is available Mondays-Thursdays in the Library from 3pm-5pm. For more information contact Mr. Arvizu in the Library at (626) 931-2842

Pacific Clinics: This non-profit mental health agency serves Bassett students with the goal to serve the behavioral, psychological and social needs of our students and their families. Please see your counselor for a referral.

Link Crew: Link Crew is a Freshman Transition program that connects each freshman to a junior or sophomore leader who will mentor them throughout their first year of high school to ensure success. Link Crew also teaches juniors and seniors how to be leaders and create a positive school culture.

Upward Bound: The Harvey Mudd Upward Bound program is a federally funded program designed to help low-income, first generation college bound students gain the skills and motivation necessary for success in college. All Upward Bound services are free of charge to participating students and their families. Students are nominated to participate in this program by counselors, teachers, and staff. Career Center: Located within the guidance office, the career center offers students computers they can use to research careers, fill out college applications, apply for financial aid, and complete scholarship applications. Counselors are available to answer any questions your child may have. No appointment to use the career center is necessary; however students may only come by before or after school.
