profile pic of assistant principalIt is with great pride that I introduce myself as the Assistant Principal of Athletics, Activities and Attendance at BHS. As I begin my 22nd year in the Bassett community, it is my honor to now serve in this capacity as an administrator. My goal each day is to spark the love of learning, a passion for perseverance and the drive to reach higher amongst our students and faculty. Students are encouraged to participate in the whole high school experience by attending classes and maintaining punctual attendance habits which will lead to success both here at BHS and their future career choices. Here at BHS we believe in preparing our students to be career and college ready by engaging them in rigorous curriculum and providing them the opportunity to explore their interests through a variety of activities and athletics. We want our students to not only leave well educated, but leave with event filled memories that they can carry for a life time.

I believe wholeheartedly that my role is a service role and will make myself available to assist a student and community member in any way possible. If you have questions or just want to come and see our fabulous students and faculty in action, please do not hesitate to call or email me. I am proud to be an Olympian and take great pride in sharing all we have to offer!
