Hello Bassett HS Family,
We are contacting you regarding a false reporting of the Novel Coronavirus on our high school campus. There are no cases of the Novel Coronavirus on any of our District campuses, including BHS.
Students or staff exhibiting fever, cough, shortness of breath AND recent travel from China would be isolated, masked, and referred by Mr. Larson to Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.
To protect yourself and family it is highly recommended that students stay home when sick and that everyone practice frequent handwashing.
Please know that the safety and security of our student population has been and always will be our most important function at BUSD.
